Capabilities
Standards. Assets. Infra.
Three things ship: a brand-standards doc that other teams can audit; the asset pipeline that feeds it (vector masters, label exports, scale-survival grids); and the marketing infra that runs it (host, analytics, observability, edge).
What we ship
The three artefacts.
| Artefact | Detail |
|---|---|
| Brand standards | Locked-vs-editable layer convention. Palette tokens, type ramp, mark/wordmark spec, scale-survival audit at 1280 / 768 / 480 / 32 px, WCAG-AA contrast floors, residual-risks list. The doc is the brief and the test. |
| Asset pipeline | Filesystem-first. Vector masters, label SVG and PDF exports, specimen grids, label scans. Tracked in git so every change is peer-reviewable. Hot-link CDN delivery is graduate-path; we don't pay for what we don't need. |
| Marketing infra | Astro static + Vercel + Cloudflare + Plausible + Sentry + UptimeRobot. Reversible, sub-$25/month, mobile Lighthouse 95+. Six edge headers (HSTS, CSP, XFO, nosniff, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy) verified by curl probe within five minutes of every DNS change. |
How we operate
The operating system, not the aesthetic.
Every engagement uses the same shape: brand standards format, ship cadence,
residual-risks discipline. We don't push our palette into a client's :root;
client palettes stay per-brand. The shared infrastructure is the operating
system — the look is theirs.
| Cadence | Default |
|---|---|
| ≤ 10 | business days from brief to shipped standards doc v1 |
| ≤ $25 | per-month marketing-infra run-rate at site v1 |
| ≥ 95 | mobile Lighthouse perf + SEO floor on every shipped page |
| 6 | edge headers verified on every DNS swing |
Residual risks
- BrandDesigner pixel-level pass deferred — wordmark, glyph mark and bespoke letterforms are CMO-staged placeholders.
- Plausible Growth is single-site at v1; the multi-site rollup needs Business tier.
- Vercel Hobby is non-commercial — a client-revenue surface escalates the per-project tier.
